HI! I'M MAISHA CLOSSON
I'm a working tv writer and also a married mom of two boys. Full disclosure: I hate working out. But I feel better after I exercise and I write better when I do. I try to work out at least twice a week but three times a week is my goal. I'm not a work out every day person. BUT I do try to be physical every day. For example, I walk my younger son to preschool every morning--10 blocks round trip. Writers are more prone to be inactive since we usually sit alot as we write. My aim with this blog is to try to encourage writers of all kinds to see the connection between physical exercise, mental strength and word flow.
